Casa Pajaro - a private villa in Costa Rica with all the amenities
Perched on a hillside with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Fila Costena Mountains
Ojochal House Rental - amazing views

Savor the stunning surroundings of the south central coastline of the Pacific Ocean and Talamanca mountains in beautiful Costa Rica.  Totally unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean will offer you unparalleled sunsets.  You will enjoy being immersed in the stunning nature surrounding the house.

Casa Pajaro translates to Bird House and aptly so.  Toucans, hawks, green parrots and many, many birds will be flying around you as you sip your morning Costa Rican coffee.  Blue Morpho butterflies with wings looking like owl’s eyes flutter past.  Howler monkeys will call to you throughout the day.  Many in the area think of their call as the morning alarm clock.

Located near Ojochal on the Osa Penisula, the house is 30 minutes south of Dominical.  It is a four hour drive from San Jose and just 30 minutes north of the local airport of Palmar Sur (PMZ).  Ojochal has many great restaurants and bars, grocery store, wine store, ATV and surf board rentals.  The real reason to come to this part of Costa Rica though is to enjoy unspoiled beaches, nature at it's most pristine, and to kick back and disconnect.

Casa Pajaro is THE place for a great Ojochal Vacation Rental
About the Osa Penisula -
Welcome to the “The Most Biologically Intense Place on Earth” as deemed by National Geographic: the crème de la crème, the crown jewel, and the hidden treasure of Costa Rica, The Osa’s isolated location allows you to experience the protected rainforests of Corcovado National Park, immaculate beaches, and the mind-boggling scuba and snorkeling sanctuaries. It is home to 13 major ecosystems, 400 species of birds, 140 mammals, 116 amphibians and reptiles and 6,000 insects. Although much of Costa Rica is developed, you have reached the unspoiled Costa Rica of old.

There is a great mix of locals and exPats in the Ojochal, Uvita, Domincal area.  While Spanish is the predominant language, English is widely understood.  However, brushing up on a little spanish will make the trip more enjoyable.

A Costa Rica house rental is a great way to interact with the local community
