Reservation and Payment Policies: 

Payment/Deposit Policy

• All rates quoted are in US Dollars
• Payment may be made by cashier's check in US or Canadian Dollars. 
• Reservations are held once a 50% deposit is received.
• 30 Days Prior To Arrival: Remaining balance is due.  Failure to pay the balance 30 days in advance will result in cancellation of reservation and deposit is forfeited.
• Bookings within 30 days require payment in full.
• Currency calcuation is done at time of booking.

Refund Policy 

• 100% Refund If Cancelled 60 Days in Advance.
• No Refund for cancellation with in 60 Days.
• 100% refund if property is re-rented for the cancelled reservations minus processing fee of $50.00.

Rates are subject to change and are only guaranteed after the deposit is received. 

• Minimum length of stay is 3 days during High and Low season. 
• Minimum length of stay is 7 days during Holiday periods
• Maximum occupancy - 6 people
• Check out time 11am
• Check in time 3pm
