Reservation and Payment Policies:

Payment/Deposit Policy

All rates quoted are in US Dollars
Payment may be made by cashier's check in US or Canadian Dollars.
Upon Booking: Deposit of half of the rental fee is due.
30 Days Prior To Arrival: Remaining balance is due. Failure to pay 30 in advance will result in cancellation of reservation and deposit is forfeited.
Currency calcuation is done at time of booking.

Refund Policy

100% Refund If Cancelled 60 Days in Advance.
No Refund for cancellation with in 60 Days.
100% refund if property is re-rented for the cancelled reservations minus processing fee of $50.00.
